Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and teens with autism in clinical, school, or home settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days (training provided).
• Experience with kids with autism is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, love for working with children, and integrity are essential.

Responsibilities
