Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health in Florence, SC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children and teens who have autism across clinical, school, or home settings. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized treatment plans and help learners reach their full potential.

This role offers $16–$20 per hour, up to 25 days of PTO in year one, paid holidays, bonuses, daily pay, a 401(k) with matching, RBT training to certification, and strong support for

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days.
• Experience with autism is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain session notes and timesheets accurately.
• Collaborate with caregivers and BCBA to update on progress.
