Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Knoxville, TN seeks a Behavior Technician to join our center-based team. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized plans and collecting data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or related disabilities preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication; follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with family training on plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and staff.
• Assist with physical activities and keep pace with children aged 2–15.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
