Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in a center-based setting in Kingsport, Tennessee.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• HIPAA confidentiality adherence.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication with children and parents.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area, including lifting 25+ pounds.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
