KBH is hiring for an ABA Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with the clinical team across clinic, home, and community settings.

• Deliver services across clinic, home, and community settings with clinic‑based support
• Remain physically active, able to lift up to 50 lbs and respond quickly to movement

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days – paid training provided)
• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields)
• Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive interactive environment for children
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
