Potential to progress to full-time, but hiring for part-time initially. Must be willing to work in patients' homes and community sessions, and confidently respond to challenging behaviors including aggression, with support and guidance.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience as paraprofessionals, support professionals, daycare providers, teachers, tutors, coaches, etc., especially for after-school hours. College students seeking experience with children or children with disabilities are encouraged to apply. This role provides valuable experience for future careers in education, social services, or psychology.
Working with us, you’ll receive guidance from experienced BCBA Behavior Analysts as you learn to implement ABA therapy. You’ll support learners in their homes or community settings like daycares, preschools, and schools. No office work! You’ll make a significant impact on learners and their families.
