Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Now hiring a part-time team member. Must be available to work M-F 3pm-6pm.

Potential to progress to full-time, but hiring for part-time initially. Must be willing to work in patients' homes and community sessions, and confidently respond to challenging behaviors including aggression, with support and guidance.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience as paraprofessionals, support professionals, daycare providers, teachers, tutors, coaches, etc., especially for after-school hours. College students seeking experience with children or children with disabilities are encouraged to apply. This role provides valuable experience for future careers in education, social services, or psychology.

Working with us, you’ll receive guidance from experienced BCBA Behavior Analysts as you learn to implement ABA therapy. You’ll support learners in their homes or community settings like daycares, preschools, and schools. No office work! You’ll make a significant impact on learners and their families.

Role Responsibilities
  • Teach children skills such as communication, asking for needs, following directions, daily living skills, and social interaction.
  • Implement ABA therapy protocols.
  • Support children in various settings, including home and community environments.
  • Collect reliable data on behaviors and progress.
Training & Certification
  • We provide free training on Autism and ABA therapy.
  • Support to obtain RBT Certification through BACB.
  • Paid training and fieldwork experience for interns pursuing BCBA/BCaBA.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience working with children.
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Willing to learn and grow.
  • Reliable transportation to work with learners at various locations.
Additional Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working with children with autism.
  • Ability to work in client homes and community settings.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
Work Details
  • Part-time, with hours based on client needs (M-F, 3-6 pm).
  • Work environment includes client homes and community locations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
