Job summary

BlueSprig in Pooler, GA is hiring Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We provide competitive pay and comprehensive training, with on-site BCBA support and mentorship to help you grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
