BlueSprig is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. We provide paid training, RBT certification, and hands-on mentorship to help you build a rewarding career within our Florida and national network.

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality are essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a passion for helping children.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients and collect data.
• Document client progress and communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Participate in training and professional development and follow policies.
