Job summary

ABS Kids in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis. The role offers part-time shifts and on-site client visits. Training is provided on the job, and no experience is required for many positions.

Earn $20.00–$24.50 per hour with premium pay for bilingual sessions; bonuses include $1,000 for current RBTs. Perks include paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
• Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
• Willingness to learn data collection software and basic office tools

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child using ABA therapy
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills
• Get up and down off floor frequently, move quickly when required

Job Requirements

Are you bilingual in Spanish/English or another language? If so, you can earn an additional $1.00/hour (premium pay) when matched with bilingual-required client sessions.

$1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

We have variable part-time shifts available for entry-level Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs. Must have one of these availabilities, Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, or 9:00am-6:00pm, or 12:00pm-7:00pm, or 3:00pm-7:00pm.
