Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) in Chelmsford, MA. The role focuses on delivering ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics, under BCBA supervision, and teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.

Compensation starts at $21.25 per hour for BT with opportunities for RBT training and advancement. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement, including support to pass the RBT exam and pursue BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
