Hopebridge in Farragut, TN is hiring a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement therapy plans, collect progress notes, and help children build communication and school readiness skills in a structured, compassionate setting.

The role offers a Monday–Friday on-site schedule, paid RBT certification training, a professional development stipend, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from BCBA to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories and support families in milestones.
