Responsibilities

• Create a learning-friendly environment that supports skill acquisition and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from BCBA supervision to provide autism-focused therapy.
• Review behavior plans and materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes documenting intervention progress and outcomes.
• Work with children to foster functional communication and peer interactions.
• Celebrate progress and support families through milestones and positive reinforcement.
