Job summary

Helping Hands Family (HHF) is hiring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide play-based ABA therapy for children with autism. You will deliver 1-on-1 care in clinics, homes, or community settings, under the supervision of a BCBA.

Expect data collection and collaboration to support each child’s progress. The role requires a high school diploma, comfort with children, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, strong family communication, reliable transportation, and completion of HHF RBT training

• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 lb).

• Willingness to complete RBT training and pass exam within 90 days of hire.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
