Job summary

Helping Hands Family in the United States is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA, collect behavior data, and collaborate with a dedicated team to support progress.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
