Epic Minds Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing ABA-based strategies under supervision. You will collect data, participate in assessments, and collaborate with families to support progress toward goals.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, confidentiality under HIPAA, and ongoing professional development. In-person work is required with both full-time and part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques used in therapy.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and teammates.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation following HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development.
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
