Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have completed the 40-hour RBT coursework or willing to complete training.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team.
