Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.

• 40-hour ABA course.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using ABA methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress in HIPAA-compliant systems.
