Job summary

Era ABA Therapy – Virginia is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-person 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll support children in home, community, or school settings, collecting data and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
