Job summary

A leading behavioral health provider in New Jersey seeks a dynamic Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individual therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum. The role offers professional development, flexible scheduling, and competitive compensation, with responsibilities under the supervision of a BCBA. Candidates must hold an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience navigating applied behavior analysis in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Associate’s degree in human services or related field or equivalent credits.
• Experience with children with disabilities in developmentally related settings.
• Current School Paraprofessionals (afterschool hours) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement strategies of Applied Behavioral Analysis to meet the child’s goals.
• Support clinical training and development opportunities.
