Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Kansas team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions.

We offer Same Day Pay, part-time scheduling, and opportunities for professional advancement with BCBA schooling programs. Paid training is provided within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and positively impact children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, promoting independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under clinical supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage families and maintain a supportive learning environment.
