heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) professionals to join our ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services to children in homes or community settings, collaborating with a dedicated clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work with the clinical team on skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Build a positive learning environment and engage with families.
