Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism through personalized, play-based ABA therapy. You will provide 1-on-1 direct care in clinics, at home, or in the community, while implementing sessions designed by a BCBA and tracking progress with data collection.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent (an associate or bachelor’s in a human services field is preferred), and be comfortable working with kids.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication with clients’ families; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
