Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy for children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA and carefully collect data to track each child's progress.

The role offers paid RBT training, travel time reimbursement, health/dental/vision insurance, 401K with employer match, and pathways for advancement through HHF Fellowship and RBT Rise programs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
