Job summary

A child-focused therapy organization in Joliet is seeking compassionate individuals to work with children diagnosed with autism using evidence-based ABA therapy. No prior experience is required, as paid training and RBT certification support will be provided. This full-time role offers predictable hours and competitive benefits, including raises every six months and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with kids.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work full-time hours (7:45 AM - 5 PM).

What You’ll Do:

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using evidence-based ABA therapy
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs
• Track progress with data (don’t worry — we’ll train you!)
• Be a dependable, energetic, and caring presence for your kiddos
• Team up with fun, supportive coworkers who cheer you on

What You Bring:

• Passion for helping kids
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass a background check
• Active, reliable, and open to learning
• Ability to work 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM and stay until 5:00 PM once a month for training and development
• Associates/High School: $17.00 – $23.00
