Helping Hands Family is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1-on-1 ABA-based support to children with autism in clinics, home, or community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA, collect behavior data, and collaborate with the team to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
