Job summary

Helping Hands Family is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy for children with autism in clinics, home, or community settings. You will implement BCBA-designed sessions, collect behavior data, and collaborate with a supportive team to promote progress.

Qualifications

We're Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
