LBAPS, (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC), is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental needs in Warwick, NY. You will deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home, school, or center settings.

We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules, ongoing mentorship from experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for career growth in a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
• Patient, creative, and compassionate approach.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work across home, school, and/or center-based settings.
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
• Collect and record session data accurately (Rethink) within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with families and your clinical team to support client progress.
• Participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings.

Hourly rate: $25.00 - $30.00 hourly (Starting)

What You’ll Be Doing:
