Job summary

ABA Achievers in Clearfield, UT is seeking a compassionate and motivated RBT to join our growing clinical team for 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role includes implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting session data in home, school, or center settings.

Afternoon and early-evening hours, with professional development and RBT support, offer growth toward BCBA track as you build strong communication with families and document progress using the Rethink app.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• 6+ months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Reliable, patient, creative, and passionate about supporting the autism community.
