ABA Achievers in Sandy, UT is seeking a compassionate and motivated RBT to join our clinical team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and implement individualized treatment plans in home, school, and center-based settings.

We offer flexible schedule with afternoon/early evening hours, professional development and RBT support, and a clear path for career growth including BCBA track within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

$22–$24/hour | Flexible Schedule

ABA Achievers is looking for a compassionate and motivated RBT to join our growing clinical team. If you enjoy helping children with autism and developmental disabilities and want to grow your career in ABA, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Implement individualized treatment plans.

Collect session data and complete documentation.

Communicate with families and the supervising BCBA.

Provide services in home, school, and center-based settings.

Qualifications

Current RBT certification.

6+ months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Reliable, patient, creative, and passionate about supporting the autism community.

$22–$24/hour
