ABA Achievers is seeking a compassionate RBT to join our clinical team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and implement tailored treatment plans for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Role involves collecting data, documenting progress, and communicating with families. Services are delivered in home, school, and center settings, with hours in the afternoon/early evening and a flexible schedule.

Formación

• Current RBT certification
• 6+ months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable, patient, creative, and passionate about supporting the autism community

$22-24/hour | Flexible Schedule
