ABA Achievers in Utah seeks a compassionate RBT to join our clinical team for 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and communicate with families.

Services occur in home, school, and center-based settings, with afternoon/early evening hours and support for ongoing professional development. We offer opportunities for career growth, including a BCBA track, and access to the Rethink app to streamline documentation and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• 6+ months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
