ABS Kids is seeking Behavior Technicians for the 3:00pm-7:00pm shift. We welcome current RBTs and teach the role to new entrants with on-the-job training. Compensation ranges from $18.50 to $23.00 per hour, plus a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs and certification support.

Responsibilities include one-on-one client support, data collection, and ABA-based teaching of real-life skills. Reliable transportation to client homes is required.

Qualificações

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence.
• Willingness to learn data collection software and basic office tools.

Job Requirements

$1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

We are looking for Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs for our 3:00pm-7:00pm shift.

Must have availability 3:00pm-7:00pm, Monday-Friday.

You Will:

• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills


• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress


• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder


• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff


• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social and emotional skills


• Get up and down off floor often, move quickly

You Have:

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs - make sure this is on your resume or application!
