Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking Behavior Technicians for the 3:00pm-7:00pm shift to support children with autism spectrum disorder through ABA-based strategies. Training on the job is provided, and no prior experience is required to start, with opportunities to earn an RBT certification bonus as you grow.

You'll work one‑on‑one with clients in their homes or in supportive settings, collecting data, tracking progress, and helping children develop life skills in a compassionate, structured environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with children or adults with special needs.
• Heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Tech savviness to learn data collection software.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

$1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

We are looking for Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs for our 3:00pm-7:00pm shift.

Must have availability 3:00pm-6:00pm or 3:00pm-7:00pm depending on location, Monday-Friday.

Benefits And Compensation

• $18.00 - $24.00 / hour
• Increase for RBT certification
