Job summary

ABS Kids in Concord, NC is seeking Behavior Technicians for the 3:00pm-7:00pm shift, Monday through Friday. Entry to experienced RBTs welcome; availability required 3:00pm-6:00pm or 3:00pm-7:00pm depending on location. We provide paid training and support to achieve RBT certification.

You will use play and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills, collect data on client progress, and offer dedicated support to children with autism. Join a team focused on brighter futures.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence.
• Eagerness and energy to play; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child and use ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills.
• Move up and down off floor as needed and move quickly when required.

$1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

We are looking for Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs for our 3:00pm-7:00pm shift.

Must have availability 3:00pm-6:00pm or 3:00pm-7:00pm depending on location, Monday-Friday.

Benefits And Compensation

• $18.00 - $24.00 / hour
• Increase for RBT certification
• Paid RBT Certification - No experience necessary, we will help you get trained on the job!
