Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) in Aldie, Virginia, to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This role focuses on skill development, communication, and independence using ABA principles in a supportive setting.

The BT will collect data, track progress, and help clients build essential life, social, and communication skills. Evening hours and ongoing BCBA supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques (preferred).
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field (beneficial).
• Previous experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.

Schedule: M-F 4:45pm-7:45pm

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
