Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician (BT) in Aldie, VA. The role focuses on one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping clients develop communication and life skills in a structured environment.

You will collect session data, implement treatment plans, and support families while pursuing ongoing training toward BCBA/BCaBA. The position is part-time, in-person with a daytime schedule that fits the school/after-school

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques.
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications
