Job summary

Finni Health - South NM seeks an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) to support families in-home in Santa Fe, NM. This part-time role collaborates with a BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy, helping children gain new skills and milestones.

You'll collect data, attend weekly supervision, and participate in team meetings while providing compassionate, client-centered care in various settings including in-home, clinic, and school environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent.
• Experience working with children and passion for helping children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active CPR certification (Preferred).
• RBT certification (Preferred but not required).
• This role uses tablets and scheduling software for real-time data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors.
• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst.
• Attend team meetings.

Job Type: Part-time (less than 30 hours/week) Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (availability may grow into full-time) Locations: Santa Fe, NM (Clinic, In-Home, and School settings)

As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

What You'll Need

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
• Reliable Transportation
• Active CPR certification (Preferred)
• RBT certification: (Preferred but not required)
• This role involves using technology every day, including tablets for real-time data collection, scheduling software, communication platforms, and electronic documentation.
• Experience using technology and software or platforms such as CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink, or similar data collection systems is a plus!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Required)
