Job summary

Finni Health in Santa Fe, NM is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home team. This role works with BCBA supervision to deliver life-changing ABA care to children and families, typically 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The position is part-time (<30 hours/week) with competitive pay ($16.00–$20.00 per hour), paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to pursue RBT certification while you grow with our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active CPR certification (Preferred).
• RBT certification (Preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors.
• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst.
• Attend team meetings.

As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

What You'll Need

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time

• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
