Advanced Behavioral Therapy is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with autistic children and young adults in home settings using ABA principles. No ABA experience is required; paid training and ongoing support are provided.

You will collaborate with BCBAs and therapy team members, implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain progress records. Flexible part-time schedules (15–25 hours/week) are available.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician (RBT) at Advanced Behavioral Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with autistic children and young adults using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective treatment, and we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our clinician-owned team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to autistic children and young adults using ABA principles
• Implement individualized treatment plans to promote positive behavior and skill development
• Collaborate with BCBAs, and other therapy team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress

Work Environment:

• We offer flexible part-time schedules available (15 – 25 hours/week)
• Our services are provided in our clients homes
• Full paid RBT training – work as a BT while we pay to get you registered!

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation up to $24/hour based on registration and experience
