Job summary

Mid-South Education Behavior Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Jackson, Tennessee. This role provides one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA to help clients develop essential life, communication, and social skills.

You will implement treatment plans, collect session data, and maintain confidentiality. The position offers a daytime schedule, competitive pay ($16–$26 per hour), and opportunities for BCBA/BCaBA supervision and ongoing

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification preferred, willing to complete training and exam
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred

• HIPAA regulations and confidentiality required

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification (preferred but willingness to complete the training and exam is ok!)
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
