Turn Compassion Into a Rewarding Career.
At Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC), we’re seeking caring, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. Whether you’re new to the ABA field or looking to expand your experience, we provide paid training, ongoing clinical guidance, and mentorship to help you feel confident in your role.
You’ll work individually with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support communication, social interaction, positive behaviors, independence, and everyday living skills.
What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities learn meaningful skills that support greater independence in their everyday lives.
Through personalized, engaging sessions, Behavior Technicians work one‑on‑one with children to strengthen communication, social, play, coping, and daily living skills. Using positive reinforcement and individualized strategies, they also help children develop safer and more effective ways to navigate challenging behaviors.
ABA is all about celebrating progress—whether it’s learning to communicate a need, completing a daily routine, interacting with others, or reaching a new milestone. Each session is an opportunity to help a child build confidence, develop new skills, and become more independent at home and in the community.
At ABTC, we believe that when our employees are supported, our clients thrive. We are committed to helping our team grow through mentorship, collaboration, and opportunities for advancement.
