Cortica in Massachusetts is seeking a Behavior Technician to join a compassionate team delivering naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role emphasizes 1:1 and group sessions, family collaboration, and progressive supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, autism is a plus.
• High School diploma or higher; degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Reliable travel between client sites within 30–40 minutes.
• Tech-savvy with EMR and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
