Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks therapists to provide ABA-based 1:1 therapy in clients’ homes or community settings. Experience with developmental disabilities preferred and valid driver’s license required.

Position offers daytime hours (Mon–Fri, some Saturdays) with a flexible schedule. Medical benefits available for those who qualify and salary ranges are offered.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home/community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Teach communication, self-help, social-skills and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
