Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based therapy to youth in home and community settings under supervision.

Role asks for M-F evenings (3:30pm–7:30pm) in La Habra and Orange County, with RBT certification or equivalent preferred and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two+ years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Work under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Support communication, self-help, and social-skills goals.
• Track client progress and data.

between the hours of 3:30pm - 7:30pm (2-4 hrs/day)

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
