Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to youth in home or community settings in the Anaheim area. Responsibilities include 1:1 therapy, implementing goals under BCBA supervision, and tracking progress.

The role requires flexibility with scheduling (Mon-Fri, 1:00pm–8:30pm, 2–5 hrs/day) and a valid driver’s license. Benefits may be available for eligible staff in a supportive, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
• Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to Company Policy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
