Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. You will provide 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision and track progress to support individualized goals.

Preferred candidates hold RBT certification, a bachelor’s degree is a plus, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Availability Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm, 2–5 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Ability to use problem solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Understands and adheres to Company Policy and Procedures.
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information.

between the hours of 12:00pm - 8:30pm (2-5 hrs/day)

Cities include: Murrieta, Wildomar, Menifee, Homeland, Canyon Lake,

Lake Elsinore, Hemet, San Jacinto, And Other Surrounding Cities.
