Job summary

Capitol Academy and Capitol Elementary are seeking motivated Behavior Technicians who support students with special needs in the classroom and community. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule and collaborative teams.

If you're reliable, compassionate, and enjoy helping students grow academically, socially, and behaviorally, we'd love to meet you!

Qualifications

  • Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
  • Must pass fingerprint clearance and TB Test.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral and academic support to students in small-group and 1:1 settings.
  • Implement strategies under the guidance of BCBAs and teachers.
  • Encourage positive social and communication skills.
  • Maintain detailed data and documentation for student progress.
  • Communicate professionally with staff, students, and families.

Compensation

$23.50 - $27.50 based on experience and certification


PartTime 8:00a.m. - 2:00p.m.
