Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in the Palm Springs and Coachella Valley area.
You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, follow BCBA plans, and help clients improve communication and daily living skills while receiving paid training and supervision. This role offers flexible scheduling and travel within the local area.

Interested in working with children and building a career in behavioral health? Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC) is growing our team of Behavior Technicians, and prior ABA experience is not required.
We’re looking for dependable and compassionate individuals who are ready to learn and make a difference. Through paid training, mentorship, and support from our clinical team, you’ll develop the skills needed to provide quality ABA services.
In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one support to children with autism and developmental disabilities, helping each client strengthen communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
