Positive Behavior Steps in California is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) for an afternoon shift. No ABA experience is required; paid training is provided.

You will deliver 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children, use play-based activities, follow BCBA plans, track progress, and communicate with the team.

Requirements include high school diploma, reliable transportation, ability to travel 15–20 miles, and a compassionate, engaging attitude.

Qualifications

• No ABA experience required; we’ll train you.
• Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children/adolescents.
• Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track progress and document session notes.
• Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius.
