Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC in Merced, CA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours and opportunities for paid training.

You will develop communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision, with paid RBT certification, benefits, and a clear growth pathway within a nationwide clinical network.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (childcare, education, camps, etc.).
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism.

• Collect and report behavioral data.
